About us

We are an Essex based dance club, teaching adults Ballroom & Latin American dances. Our focus is on dance being a social pastime, and we provide not only classes and private lessons, but also social events, as well as the opportunity to take exams and compete.

We have locations in Maldon, Chelmsford & Hatfield Broad Oak, and our classes range from absolute beginners to more advanced dancers, and competitors.

We hold a range of social events, from social dance evenings to in-house competitions, as well as less formal occasions, such as Strictly viewing parties and curry nights...

We attend competitions throughout the year, including the UKA Premier Medallist competition in Blackpool's Winter Gardens. Many of our competitions are local events, as well as friendly in-house competitions to improve your confidence.

We hold exam sessions each year with an accredited UKA examiner. These are completely optional! but available to you should you wish to take them.

Dancing has been shown to be an excellent form of exercise; it improves co-ordination and balance; you will meet a group of like-minded people, and, most importantly, you'll have fun! Everyone can learn, and everyone can love to dance!
